Handwriting Lessons
So I am sitting here practicing my handwriting. Why? Because someone in Georgia decided it would be a good idea for Kindergarten students to learn the D'Nealian style of handwriting! Apparently they feel it is easier to transition to cursive writing when they learn to print this way. And since I cannot expect my 5-year-old to practice something that cannot do, here I am. Practicing. On a handwriting tablet! I feel a bit foolish. Oh and by the way, the lower-case "k" is cursive.

I had to learn handwriting when I took "Early Education Reading". It was a bit of a struggle, but I got the hang of it. Good luck!
